Purposes and methods of processing
We inform you that your personal data are processed according to purposes strictly related to the activity of search and selection of employees, or otherwise aimed at the possible establishment of a working relationship. The processing of data is carried out through the use of instruments and procedures suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and may be carried out either by means of paper media, or with the aid of computer media; such data will be collected, processed and kept in full compliance with the provisions of the regulations in force.
The duration of processing will be limited to a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of submission; after this period, your curriculum vitae will be deleted.
In the case of future collaborations, the data will be processed for the duration of the established contractual relationship and also thereafter for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.
Scope of data and subjects who may become aware of the data
The data may be processed by data processors responsible for personnel selection and those in charge of maintaining the electronic processors. The data may also be shared with subsidiaries and affiliates of the Data Controller for the same purposes as above.
With regard to the data itself you will be able to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 12, 13 and 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In particular, you may request and obtain confirmation of the existence at our Company of personal data concerning you and that such data be made available to you in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, the logic and purposes on which the processing is based, as well as to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification and integration of the data. You may also object for legitimate reasons, in whole or in part, to the processing itself.
